Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked us to sit on the prepared chairs and grab the pencil, paper, and a piece of clothing.
Interview over zoom with store manager. The interview took place in late 2020, so it was during covid times. It took about 20 mins, and was more of a friendly chat.

Filled an online application on Indeed. Got an email after a week inviting me to a group interview. They had multiple group interview sessions. I asked to shift mine to another due to some committments. There were about 10 of us in total with 3 interviewers. At first they spoke a bit about H&M and asked us what we knew about the company. Then did an introduction game where we were split in pairs and asked to intrduce our partner, say an interesting fact about them and describe their outfit. Gave us five minutes to talk and then asked us who wanted to go first. I asked my partner and she agreed and we went first but she completely blanked out and couldn't speak much, didn't describe my outfit at all! I thought that I had to make a better impression so I spoke about her and her outfit pretty normally. Others went on and after that was done, they played a video about H&M's values and asked us why these values are important. Just join in to the conversation and be a bit interactive. The next task was drawing "A Perfect Store". They split in into two teams of 5 and gave us five minutes to write/draw a rough picture. We just wrote all the important traits that we thought a good store should have and one person from the team presented it. The last task was a problem solving scenario. They gave both the teams one scenario each and gave us 5 minutes to discuss the solution. I presented it and that was pretty much it. Theysked if we wanted to ask any questions or make any changes to the locations we filled out so we did that and that was it!
After the group interview, I got an email about a week later saying that I got the job and that I needed to send an acceptance email so that they can progress me further to sign the contract.
