Usually 3round interview, First a quick phone interview, after group activites interview and the last round the personal with the recently store manager and line manager. They recieved very quickly how was the interview.

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
