First, I received a call from the head office for a phone interview. Then a couple of days later I received a call to meet up for a face to face interview in the store.

The questions for both interviews were fairly the same. They asked situations about handling customer service, past experiences and an introduction about yourself (school and extracurricular activities)
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
