Interviews are related for the field / department you are applied for, but the main focus is on the fit to the company.

The process took around 2+ Months. All 3 Rounds had Exact Same Questions which was a bit surprising. And all Questions was HR Related Questions which were a bit wierd. Nothing related to the Job or Required Expertise. Interview with the team was mainly conducted by a Manager who was an external Consultant who lacked basic knowledge about the profile and with little or no expertise and was asking wierd HR Questions. It seems they were trying to reject candidates with similar level of knowledge once they felt threatned. It was pathetic to watch maily because they were trying to establish that the process they follow in their team was far better during an interview.
