I had a phone screening for one location and they never called me back, I had an interview for another location never called me back, but I got called in for an interview at the last location, it was a 2 interview process with 2 different managers, the 2nd interview I was told I got the job.

Entretien
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
