Initial behavioral phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview on-site. Both interviews were casual and pretty informal in nature.
The onsite consisted of some basic behavioral questions ("describe the benefits of working on a team vs. working alone") and some whiteboard coding questions. The whiteboard questions were all fairly simple.

The interview questions would focus on your situational experiences and behaviors. The multiple choice questions mainly pertain to your experience level.
