Easy process, group interview with other applicants and then a one on one if you make it forward. They are more looking for personality than anything. It was very straightforward overall

Tell us about a time you had to deal with a challenging customer, what did you do to make it right?
The interview was simple and professional. They asked about my background, customer service experience, if I could work fast pace and how I would handle different situations. Overall, it felt straightforward and not overly difficult
Interview was smooth and easy as long as you push the HEB brand name to partners and make sure you emphasize a welcoming exterior to the interview. Additional knowledge of the company history also aids your potential by giving certain examples on how HEB has changed your perspective as a shopper.

Hireview Interview video interview online. Had a few questions that you had to answer within a certain timeframe. Multiple retakes allowed. Mainly behavioral questions to gauge the candidate's personality and skillset.
