I applied online. Was contacted several months later. I went through the full interview loop. Was told I wasn't a good fit for that particular team, so I went through a second full interview loop. The overall experience was fine, all behavioral questions. It was a negative experience because I never heard back after taking the time to do two full interview loops, which is pretty unacceptable.

Recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, engineering panel, and engineering manager panel. Entire process took around 3-4 weeks from initial contact to rejection. Reason cited for rejection was lack of experience. All interviews lacked structure and consisted of open-ended questions. No real technical questions.
