First, I atended to an accounting and finance exposition in UTSA. Then I spoke with the HEB recruiting personnel. Two weeks later, I got an Email me to arrange an interview, which was schedule to be in a week. I prepared myself for the interview. Some of the basic questions were:
-Tell us who you are
-Why do you want to work with us
-Why do you want to work in this position rather than another one available
-What are your weakness and how are you overcoming them

Recruiter was kind and asked predictable questions. They let me ask questions of my own as well. Near the end of the interview, she explained benefits of the role/ organization.
