Attended a lengthy group interview involving a written test on SOPs, a group scenario exercise, and a timed group of questions from a panel of assessors. After advancing to a second round interview, I met with the regional manager and trainer in corporate headquarters.

Entretien
Typically interviewed twice. The first interview being with a recruiter or talent coach, and the second being with a member of the corporate HR team and a member of the Talent recruitment team. The first interview is just to identify if you might be a fit. The 2nd interview one interviewed would be assessing if you are a culture fit for H-E-B and the other would be assessing if you possess the tangible characteristics and the experience to be competent in your role.
