Virtual interview via hirevue, 5 questions. Can take up to two tries to record your answer for each question. Did not do a in person interview but I was hired during Covid so it might be different now. Got lucky
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.

The H-E-B interview process is friendly and straightforward, usually involving a brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview focusing on customer service, availability, and teamwork skills. Just have open availability and you should be good

It’s an easy process basically I record myself in the digital interview on why I work at HEB. Then the next step they’ll go over my application and interview to see if I’ll get an offer for the job
