very easy basic questions. they had an example bagging question of how would you bag these 2-4 items together and it’s mostly common sense. interview was quick maybe took 15 minutes max

Group interview then one on one interview. They are looking for out going people who volunteer to answer the questions. Also looking for people who demonstrate great customer service skills that fit in to heb.
It was thorough and simple. They really cared about the company and wanted the best people for that job. Very delighted to work for this company. I no longer work here but the brotherhood you get from this company is not like any other
