First interview was with the department lead. Basic interview questions, (why should we hire you, tell us about a time...). Second interview is with the store GM. He basically judges you to see if you're the type of person he wants in his store. Usually if you make it past the first interview you'll be hired.

Entretien
Started with a group interview where questions were asked and everyone got a chance to answer the question. Then you are called back later that day and another interview occurs then you are offered the job that same day.

It was 2 separate interviews. My interviews went well, but I was not chosen. I was hoping that after the first interview I would be chosen to be an employee there since it went really well, but that just wasn't the case.

Well, it's pretty easy to do. Just make sure you are in a quite environment and it does give you more than one chance to rerecord. Other than that, the process is easily doable.

Well one thing that they asked me was a time that I worked in a team and successfully achieved a goal. They will also ask more about your times of resolving issues and what not.
