It starts with the online interview. Then usually about 1-2 weeks after applying online, if you are chosen to proceed with the interview process there is a store interview. From there, you have two interviews (one with a department manager, and one with a store director) If chosen for the position, a background check is ran (this takes two weeks) and then the position is yours

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Entretien
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
