First you’ll participate in an online “interview” where you just record yourself answering questions and submit them. There’s a time limit for each question. Then from there you’ll asked to meet in person for an interview with the manager of the department you applied to. I was hired on the spot during the interview. Very casual, low pressure.

I expected to have an interview at some quiet office but I was interviewed at a noisy store cafeteria.
Interview was fast and furious. The department assistant manager asked 30-40 questions and she was busy taking notes instead of looking at me. Mostly basic questions about your background and personality.

Entretien
Interviewed twice, once with department manager and then with another manager. Both managers were kind and interested in my responses. After second interview I was given and offer and I accepted.
