There was a group interview that consisted of thirty people and five managers. The store lead gave a small speech before the interview began. When the interview began, they had everyone come up one by one to answer five questions on a board. The next day they give a call to people who passed the group interview and schedule you for a one-on-one interview. At that interview, they ask you a few more questions on how you would handle certain situations, such as providing customer service and solving coworker conflicts. They'll also ask you why you want to work there and if you understand the environment that you will be working in.

1st interview was a group interview of about 15-20 people. Did icebreakers and then a group activity and presented it as a group.
2nd Interview was in person with the current curbside manager: Asked a couple of questions maybe 3-5 and then I got offered the job.
It's easy, the environment is friendly and you can ask questions. Pay is weekly as well and if you want more hours people are always willing to trade.
