They had me submit an online application ahead of when they were going to Interview me the very next day. I was brought back into a meeting area where they called people one at a time and being first, they called my name as one of the first ones.

Virtual interview comes first, most likely a screening interview!
The in-person interview is where they gauge your customer service attitude and ask about your availability. It is a relaxing, low-pressure interview process that still ensures the right people are hired.

How would you respond if a customer couldn't find an item on your shelf, and you noticed you were out of stock?
Three stages of interviews. One is through the phone. Second is with the department manager. Third is with the General Manager. They will call you back after each stage if you pass it.
digital interview, followed by in person with department lead and then store manager. the interview was very simple and they all just seemed like they wanted to get to know you.
