No face to face interaction with a real person. You basically just had to talk to your phone or computer camera the entire time, and made me feel way undervalued.

Entretien
The screening was a combination of web questionaire and video questions. Answering questions thru video recording was stressful for multiple reasons. I don't like being photo/video recorded especially while looking at self. Lighting was hard to get right. There was no feedback to let you know if something was needed or if you went offtrack. Some of the more difficult questions would have been more appropriate in-person. The software needs improvement.
