Interview process began with phone interview with HR. This consisted of mostly behavioral questions (e.g. Tell me a time when you had a conflict with a coworker). After this interview, I was brought in for a group interview and two one-on-one interviews. Lots of questions about working in a team environment. I got the impression they liked people who put the team above themselves. All of the people I talked to were very nice and easy to talk to.
