The interview process was a little strange for an entry-level cashier position at HEB. We were required to do a panel group interview with about 30 other applicants and 4 managers on the panel. We answered a few hypothetical situational questions about customer service and what we would do in certain situations. Afterward, some applicants were asked to leave the room, and the remaining people were offered the job. A super interesting and strange interview process, but not really difficult. If you don't like panel interviews or talking in front of crowds, it may be challenging.

Ask behavioral questions and they make it pretty easy. Depends on who you have that interviews you. Just relax and you should do great! Make sure you don’t say anything crazy and you will do good

Pretty straight forward process, asked a few questions and if i was good with people. First interview was with hiring manager and then accepted offer. About 1 week of training at HEB School.
