It was pretty easy, they just ask a bunch of questions a out various situations in the one on one interview. The online interview asks similar questions but fewer and with other types of questions too (most of which are mentioned in other responses).

Question 1
Who in your household does most of the shopping? How comfortable with phones are you? What you favorite app? (It’s grouped together as 1 question)
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.

The H-E-B interview process is friendly and straightforward, usually involving a brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview focusing on customer service, availability, and teamwork skills. Just have open availability and you should be good

It’s an easy process basically I record myself in the digital interview on why I work at HEB. Then the next step they’ll go over my application and interview to see if I’ll get an offer for the job
