Entretien
You do a group interview first where they get to know a little bit more about you, its pretty fun. They ask you to make up products and sell them to them, and also make up some other scenarios. Then they will let you know if you get called back for a second interview. If you do, then the schedule a one on one interview the following week which was really relaxed. My interviewer was really nice, she made me feel comfortable and gave me feedback.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
