Online Application, pre recorded video interview questions (no set questions given in advance). Took 3-4 weeks to know that I had got through to the video interview stage. No one got back to me after the video interview. I chased and chased and finally emailed someone senior and then got a response from the recruitment advisor to say I hadn't got through the video interview. No apology at any stage for any delays, no feedback provided, VERY slow and unresponsive. Really bad experience after being so enthusiastic about the role.

Entretien
I was contacted via LinkedIn to interview for the role. However the whole process took so long from start to finish.
One of the rounds was with multiple people in the room including at the time the CPO - she was generally uninterested and on her laptop while I was answering questions which was quite off putting. The amount of people in the room was also very off putting and they kept getting my experience mixed up with another candidate.
Following multiple rounds I did not hear from them. I followed up and was told they were still interviewing others and I would hear soon. About a month later I messaged again to ask and was told the same thing.
2 months after the process I was messaged and asked if I was still interested, by then I had found a new role!
