It was a video interview with a HR rep and the counterpart from the UK office. The HR rep was distracted the entire interview. It was obvious she was conducting the interview from a conference room at the office while the UK contact was working from home. The HR rep kept looking out the window and door as people walked by. It was really unprofessional in my opinion and was definitely a red flag that she couldn't even give 30 minutes of undivided attention.
