Firstly, I was asked to complete a Sonru video, it was an automated video where the questions pop up on the screen and you have 2 minutes to answer each one. After I completed the Sonru video, I was invited to come into HQ for an interview, to present my project task and meet the team.
They sent me a the project task brief a week before and I had to present it to them on the day of the interview and answer any questions around my ideas. In the interview, they asked questions around real-life examples and value-based questions. I presented my project task first and then had a small recruitment task to do and then my interview. After this, we went to Refuel to meet the team and have some lunch together, before a tour of the office with other members of the team.
Overall, really positive interview process, the team were really lovely and welcoming and made me feel at ease for the interview itself. The food was amazing at Refuel as well.
