- Very brief telephone interview after which I was invited to interview with the BI manager in person - In person interview: The interviewer was unprepared and rambled quite a lot. She also started with technical questions almost right away. Some of these required quite an advanced knowledge of mathematics (I was taken aback because the job description emphasized SQL and python, no mention of math). She also said later that usually a colleague was responsible for the technical questions, but he wasn't able to be there. It was one of the more hostile interviews I have had and made me not want to work under this person. - My overall impression: maybe too many younger people in leadership roles.
