      Entretien

This company seriously needs to rethink how it treats candidates. I went through their hiring process twice, once in 2024 and again in 2025, and both times it was a poor experience. The process was not just unstructured, it felt careless and disrespectful. In 2024, I completed a detailed assignment, visited the office, waited over 90 minutes for my scheduled interview, and only met a senior executive after repeatedly stating that I needed to return to work. There was no follow-up, no feedback, and no closure after that. In 2025, I was contacted again. I decided to give it another chance, assuming the process would be better. The interview was originally scheduled for 2 PM. I requested to come at 1 PM as I had another interview at 5 PM. This was confirmed. I arrived on time and waited for over 90 minutes again, with no updates or acknowledgment. When I followed up, I was told they were unaware I was still waiting. Eventually, the CEO called me in and asked if I would be willing to submit another assignment. I completed it within three days. After that, I was told there would be a final round with another senior member. That round lasted about five minutes. After that, communication completely stopped. I followed up multiple times. No reply. I messaged the CEO directly. The message was seen but not answered. The following day, I received a one-word message from the HR representative. I replied, but never heard back again. In total, I: Took two half-days off work Submitted two detailed assignments Rearranged my other interviews and work commitments Waited over three hours across two visits Visited the office three times Got no meaningful response in the end This is not about being rejected. That is part of any hiring process. But the lack of professionalism, coordination, and basic respect for a candidate's time is unacceptable. Advice to Management: Fix your hiring process. Communicate clearly. Respect candidates' time. If you are going to ask for multiple interviews and assignments, you owe people basic follow-up and closure. This level of mismanagement reflects poorly on the company. People do talk, and these experiences shape your reputation far more than any marketing ever will.
