J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gusto (San Francisco, CA) en juin 2015
Entretien
After about 2 weeks working as a contractor for a different position in the company, one of the talent recruiters contacted me about this new position and thought my background might make me a good fit. He quickly put together a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager for me, and then followed up with a weekend take-home assignment. After the submission of homework, I was scheduled for interviews with 4 team members. Each of these 4 interviews covered different aspects of the skill set for the position, which was really brilliant and well-organized. The questions were not difficult or tricky, but a lot of emphasis was put on critical thinking, analytical skills, operational optimization, and cultural fit.
The interview process itself is the best that I have ever experienced. Although 4-hour back to back interviews sound quite intimidating, the interviewers were all excellent at listening and responding, which made you feel more comfortable to speak and act like yourself under pressure. The recruiting team was also doing such a great job following up on every step and making sure that each stage was carried out on time. I felt so lucky to finally receive the official offer after 2 weeks and can't wait to start a new journey at ZenPayroll!
