Best interview process. Everyone is so nice and relatable. Probably one of the best interviews that I’ve ever done. I felt like an employee that was already hired. Great benefits. Great incentives

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you went above and beyond for a client.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gusto (Denver, CO)
Entretien
1. Applied online and a few days later scheduled a phone interview
2. Had to complete a take home exam that required you to respond to sample customer emails
3. A few days later my onsite interview was scheduled. During my onsite interview I met with four different people for 30 mins each. Two of the interviews involved basic situational and behavioral questions. One interview went over my take home exam. The last interview was the watermelon interview which was a non-work related conversation. I'd suggest bringing up something that you're passionate about or currently learning and go with it.
4. About a week later I received an email to schedule a 30 min call to update me on the process. The call was to offer me the position! It was the recruiter and someone that was in my interview loop. They cheered and shared reasons why they chose to extend an offer.
Overall a really enjoyable experience. Each interview was really easy to talk to.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a team mate that wouldn't do their part. How did you get them to do it?
Applied in late February/early March. I heard back in May. I had a phone screen and then a take home assignment. The take home assignment covered emails I would likely reply to and tax/payroll questions.
I was invited to interview shortly after this process, and I met four members of the team. I spent close to 30 minutes with each member answering questions about my customer service experience. The interview was very conversational and laid back. I felt very comfortable and like they truly wanted to get to know me as a person.
After the interview, I scheduled a follow up call to give them feedback. I then recieved another call a few days later with a job offer. The whole process was professional and transparent.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a positive customer experience. Why was it positive?
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gusto (Denver, CO) en juin 2019
Entretien
I applied and then had a thirty minute phone interview followed by a written assignment. After the written assignment, I advanced to the next round of interviews which was about 2 and a half hours with four different interviewers (about 30 minutes each). The interview process was extensive but the interviewers did a good job of making the experience very comfortable and the interviews seem more like conversations with a friend.
