First interview was by phone and it went smoothly. The interviewer contacted me later for a panel interview. Panel interview was by Microsoft TeamViewer with the camera on. The third "interview" was onsite and less than a week after the Panel. Wasn't much of an interview, basically got a tour of the place. Contacted me 2 weeks after the visit to tell me I didn't get the job. No explanation beyond the standard HR jargon.
