The interview process at Gulf Coast Western is a little easier than most but pretty normal. A phone interview, 2x1on1 interviews, background check, drug screen, references, etc. Since the salesperson is working with investments, cannot have any criminal record of fraud, theft, embezzlement or the like.

The hiring process is pretty straight forward. It does not matter if someone has experience or not. It does not matter if someone has a college degree or not. The company has ongoing training (everyday for noobies) and weekly training for everybody.
