Had initially been reached out to by the recruiter after applying online. Discussed the role and then was advised I’d move forward to the hiring manager. Had to follow up a couple of times to actually get scheduled for the interview. The recruiter was apparently out of office - are there no back ups to cover the workload while a member is out? Actual interview with the hiring manager was a negative experience. Constantly spoke over me and did not seem to care about any work or accomplishments that weren’t about driving sales. Asking about their process - they seem to have none and test things with not much rationale to them. The interviewer then signed off with a peace sign which was weird and a bit unprofessional. Received no follow up or rejection notice after interviewing.
