Interviewed in a group, where all candidates were asked questions and answered one after another. Musical proficiency was demonstrated after callback. For that portion it was an assessment on basic music theory as it relates to your instrument / something that demonstrated musical prowess.

It was a straightforward and personal interview. The lead lessons instructor spends time getting to know you on a personal level, better understands your teaching style, and listens to you play. It was low stress, engaging, and a great time!
