Extremely quick interview. With member of lower management - or "Team Leader". Most questions were based off of prior experience with retail/music. Was offered the job the next day over the phone and asked for my most immediate time frame for training. Most of the questions were standardized questions:

Well thought out interview pretty easy, I thought it went well but didn't get offered a position. I still feel like they are a good company although I heard they changed there commission structure in the past few years.

Simple and to the point. They want to know if you fit into the company culture. They also want to know what your skill set is as far as musical ability. It is very easygoing and relaxed

Felt like I was being interrogated or discriminated against, as if this were an important career. Dude, you hire high school students. Give me a break. Avoid applying to guitar center.
