I recently went through Guidewire’s interview process for a UX Intern position and had a great experience overall. The process included three rounds: an initial screening interview, a portfolio presentation, and a final conversation with the UX director. Each stage was well-structured and ran smoothly.

2 meetings. 1st was 20 mins with recruiter gauging logistics and basic info. 2nd was with hiring manager and 2 teammates, in-depth interview and design case study presentation. The 2nd one lasted an hour.
