First interview, the person sold the company amazingly, like paradise, like a great place to work, then second interview online from India, this guy manager of the security department completely dismissive of my experience or whatever I had to say, he start asking me questions that I could have google in a minute but out in the spot, not very professional, they don't even have a SIEM nor EDR system and when he confirmed that he got a bit shameful and they were offering over 100K, for a brand new security department that doesn't have the basics. I would recommend GuideWire to outsource their security.
