J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Guidewire (Chicago, IL) en mars 2013
Entretien
Phone screen; Phone interview; Written skill test in Java and SQL; F2F in Chicago
Phone screen was a general interview with technical questions regarding XML and SQL. Written was very easy, had some Java, SQL and SQL DB design related questions. XML that needed to be built required insurance knowledge. Regarding DB design, there could be multiple solutions.
Inteterviewers seemed to ok but came across a bit arrogant
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Guidewire (Bedford, NH)
Entretien
It was a gauntlet of demanding questions and interviews. I had to go through three separate interviewers of different backgrounds. Cultural fit was a big portion of the decision even though this was a highly technical and diverse job for which I was applying.
very professional process. A chain of phone/personal interviews
the personal interview was led by 3 specialists (different areas: technic, business...)
The technical part was not very difficult. Base programming and DB specific knowledge were tested.
