Recruiter phone call, video conference with Hiring Manager, face to face interviews with 4 people, 2 of them would have bene potential peers.
Overall the process was reasonablypositive, however 30 minutes for each face to face is not long enough in my opinion.
I thought I did pretty good interviews. No real surprise questions. I guess they found someone more suitable from a fit and cultural perspective.
With the exception of timing allowed for the interviews, it was quite a positive experience - seems like a really good company and is on the up.
