2) Technical interview via Zoom
3) On site technical interview with senior consultant and cultural interview hiring manager interview

Entretien
Had a few initial discussions with the recruiter who I already knew from a previous job. I completed an offline coding test which lasted for 5 hours. I then had a technical telephone screening and was then invited for a number of face to face interviews at their offices.
Overall, very thorough and very good structured process which ensures hiring decisions are based on facts, cultural fit and technical expertise.

The interview process consists of multiple stages which includes online code test, technical interview, cultural and final interview. Very professional interviewers and recruiters. Very good experience throughout the process. There wasn't any surprise as the recruiter told me what is the topic but the exact questions are not revealed.
