This a screening in form of online Codility code challange. There were two tasks, not very difficult. What made this screening bad is limited time for which I was supposed to develop working solution. There is nothing wrong with these challenges except ticking timer, that constantly was distracting me. It was hard to concentrate on solution development, knowing time will expire soon. I managed to solve first task, but I think spend too much time on testing it and failed to develop correct solution for another. Overall score was not very good, around 70%.
Was never contacted by recruiter afterwards. Send one letter, asking for feedback but never got one.

The interview took place in 4 rounds.
The first one was a general conversation with HR.
The second was a technical round, during which pair programming was introduced, and the interviewer and I solved a problem together.
The third was an in-person day at the office, where I was assigned to two different teams and we pair-programmed on some of their live issues.
The fourth one was a communication with their Senior VP which was also a bit technical.
