The HR contacted me for a preliminary discussion , followed by a coding & on-site interview. The interviews seemed pretty straightforward. But i've never heard back from the HR - i think it shows a little respect for the other persons time, when - after you ask them to clear their schedule, have the courtesy to inform if you are cancelling the appointment.
