J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Guidewire (Sydney) en avr. 2016
Entretien
Initial phone interview with HR.
Technical phone interview with local resource.
Code test, 3-4 hour test of general coding skills.
3, 1 hour Face-To-Face interviews.
The process was very rigorous and I felt very thorough. Although there was a lot of time invested personally in the process I felt that it was worth it. The process gave me confidence that they were quite selective in their hiring process and that the entire team would be stronger because of it.

Please spend some time to read this, because you can save a lot of time not making this same mistake as me! I never met such unserious company. I lost couple of months durning this recruitment process, which consisted of 9 steps! I received good reviews after each step, but without any details. Steps were demanding and difficult. After the last step, three days later, I received a call from Dublin with good news, they would like to hire me, but then this guy on phone from HR was rude saying that I’m worse than some members of team and better than others and I should know it. Who does that in professional company?! Couple days later I had meeting with two Guidewire employees. One Manger from Poland and same guy from Dublin. The meeting starts with the proposal of much lower position and a much lower payment 25% lower. I said that I will not sign contract, but suddenly they stated that they might give me this position but they need time to think about this. For me this was like scam, you have offer and durning whole process you not receiving any bad reviews and then they giving you this completely bad offer hoping that you will still sign contract. After the next few days, I received information from headhunter not from the Guidewire! Reason was like this " he was too emotional and we decided to not give him offer". I think after spending couple of months and receiving completely different numbers who would not be emotional and what arguments was that from company which is claiming to be professional. I do not recommend Guidewire I would not believe in anything that the company offers.
