Straightforward interview process. Had an initial HR screen with the campus recruiter. Asked questions about my background, resume, campus involvement, and my experience working with clients. The second round was with three different Guidepoint employees (2 project managers and one team lead/VP). Many of them asked the same questions: to introduce myself, take them through my resume. This round was more behavioral with questions about time management, organization, and communication. The last round is a mock research project with a project debrief.

awesome! very quick and easy, make sure you know about the role and the responsibilities within the role. great opportunity to meet different teams and see how they function, also great opportunity to see the different leaders and the qualities that helped them succeed

phone meeting with HR, then meeting with team members and case study. The case study involves researching industries and finding experts. Make sure you have a decent understanding of what the company does.
