Entretien
Had a total of 7 phone/video interviews. Started before COVID by meeting with the director of the client growth department, went well and progressed into meeting with the whole team and recapping with the director. COVID shut everything down and put the process on pause for a month and a half. Director reached out to me after someone on the team quit to restart the process. Interviewed with him again, then the director of HR, seemed to go well, ended up filling the position internally with no notes on how I did interviewing or any advice on how to improve.

Entretien
The initial phone interview was done by an HR employee with general fit questions. The second interview was an “in-person” interview at their office. It was very unprofessional as the other interviewers were “busy” that day; a 2 hour interview turned into a 30 minute. I did not bother to follow-up afterwards.
