Phone interview: very quick to organise. I submitted the documents, was asked for my availability by email, confirmed it for two days later, and the call came perfectly on time. It was extremely short, less than 15 minutes. I don't understand if the interviewer was more nervous than myself, did not care much or just did not know what to ask me. Anyhow, he was really satisfied and confirmed that I would receive details for a Skype interview the day after or immediately after the weekend at the latest. The email asking for my availability came more than a week later. I had to extend my availability twice because I was not hearing back from them. Finally, I got a date and time. Skype interview: it simply never happened. I waited and waited and no one called or even let me know by email or phone call or just a text that they were not interested anymore.
