J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Guidepoint (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2017
Entretien
Easy interviews: 1 telephone interview with HR followed by an interview in London office with 2 research managers. Based on my visit to the office, I formed the impression that Guidepoint is not a place where one goes to develop a career. There is almost no interest in the intelligence of applicants. I have no idea why this role is advertised as a 'research analyst': there is no research involved in the role other than trawling through LinkedIn. In short: staff are nice but dim; company looks like a boring place to work.
I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.
