J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Guidepoint (Düsseldorf) en mars 2016
Entretien
Hiring process consisting of 3 interviews and a 2 hour case study, lasting for almost 2 months requires too much efforts for an entry-level position. I went through 4 stages of the process only to be refused in 2 generic sentences without any feedback or clarification whatsoever which does not correlate with the feedback I got from every member of the team before. I requested quick feedback from hr but they never bothered to reply. Tip: if you have any job offers while waiting for Guidepoint to reply, do not put them on hold, take them.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How comfortable are you with jumping on calls?
Why do you think you are suitable for the Research Analyst position?
Explain Guidepoint's business model.
What do you inagine your daily duties in Guidepoint will be?
I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.
