Applied in January for intern position in Toronto and heard back in late March for an interview request. The whole interview process was done within a week. My interviewer was very nice and willing to share. They seemed to have a set list of questions to ask. The only reason my rating is average instead of positive is because there seemed to be a large miscommunication with my hiring manager. I kept getting emails that the hiring manager assigned to me should have explained the process and other things but I never received a single email from them. It was very confusing, but intermediate hiring manager who scheduled my interview was very responsive and respectful. Felt disadvantaged by never having been contacted by the manager assigned to me.
