It was pretty straightforward. I met with one of the employees and we had a quick conversation regarding my skills and my experience in project management. The con of the whole experience was the lack of follow up. No one got back to me regarding my advancement or lack thereof. I’ve heard this about them previously so I was disappointed but not surprised to experience the same.

There were two rounds, both were in-person interviews. The first round interview was two parts, a behavioral interview with an associate director and a take home case that I presented to senior consultants (slide deck) Second was a behavioral/Fit interview with a senior partner

Describe how you demonstrated [insert company value, i.e., respect].
First behavioral interview, then met with a partner for the final round. Followed up twice and haven't gotten a response. It has been 3 months since the interview. Wish they told me I didn't get the role instead of ghosting
