A recruiter reached out to me and asked some basic screening questions and my availability for a panel video interview call. The call consisted of basic behavioral questions and how my experience would fit the role. Interviewers were going through a setlist of questions and they didn't seem very engaging. Everything was going smoothly until after the interview was done - radio silence after asking for a follow-up. Furthermore, I was ghosted again when a different recruiter contacted me about another role. I'm not sure if the pandemic has affected the recruiting process, but my experience when they were initially Navigant was very positive.

Question 1
Why management consulting? What projects have you worked on that directly correlated with a company's business decision?
They were very professional and prompt, easy to coordinate and clear questions. The process made sense and I got plenty of time to ask questions of my own. I interviewed with two different people.
3 rounds, took a long time for turnaround, felt like a good use of time in each round. Content is practice specific, except for maybe first round which was more behavioral.

Diese können Case Studies, analytische Aufgaben oder praxisnahe Fragestellungen beinhalten, um die Problemlösungsfähigkeit und strukturierte Denkweise zu prüfen. Auch Gespräche mit verschiedenen Teammitgliedern oder Führungskräften sind üblich.
